I bought a Electrolux machine and dryer March 12. The sales affiliate from Area Equipment in Al completed the refund paper-work and sent this to Electrolux Rebate Center, 866-964-1214.

3 months later, June 10 I get a post-card from Electrolux Rebate Center stating the refund is invalid, the design figures are invalid. I phone the sales affiliate from Area Equipment he connections Electrolux Rebate Center via fax, June 11 and via telephone. Chris, ID# 2554, at Electrolux managed the phone call.

Works out Electrolux joined the info improperly; they did not type in the right design number to complement my serial number. Appears unusual as this can be a check-box ON THE type. Electrolux jerked me around for a few months before they inform me of the. I also follow-up having a phone myself to Electorolux. Lastly, June 11 ‘supervisor' Leo, identification, ES0236, claims my refund

Is legitimate which I ought to have my refund July 29, 4.5 weeks after distribution.

It's currently July 4 I still don't have my refund. Approached Electrolux Rebate Center ‘supervisor' Leo, ES0236 claims my refund is legitimate and really should be shipped by Sept. 9. I ask why I should delay six months to obtain my refund. Leo plays stupid, informs me they've no report of getting refund paper-work in March or does he remember talking to me July 11 and providing me dedication July 29. Leo plays silly perfectly.
