Ripoff, I bought discount sports gear website. Did not get site, will not answer email

ON 16 Aug 05 I bought a Discount sports gear web site form Host Web Wizard. I created a account with my email address and pass word. It said they would be incontact with me to get the name I was going to use, my tax Id number and etc. I have not be able to get ahold of them sence and they do not respond to emails. They also have it so I can not use my email address to log in.
I recommend that no one use this site. Unless they resolve this issue if they really will. I was so excited to get a site and help getting it on line. I can't descride how disappointed I am.
