Never started working for me ripoff business from hell

We cancelled a terrible service. We were on a family plan and were told we only had to pay one $175.00 charge then two months later after not getting bills we got another bill and then they told us we had to pay another $175.00 charge we agreed since we did have a credit from the other acct they applied the credit to another monthly bill and never did charge us the cancellation fee i have been lied to and conned and verzion never started working for me. If i had to ask someone to do me a fav i would ask everyone to write verizon and ask them to pull that we never stop working for you
