False advertisement of phone. Refusing to give phone for that price

I, as well as many others, were due for a New Every Two upgrade on a phone this past week. Many had a $100 refund and others, a $50 refund. The phone is the LG enV Touch. The first week the phone was out it was $149 with a 2 year agreement. A week after, the lowered the price the $99. I was due for my upgrade on the 10th of July and tried to do so on the internet. I had a $100 upgrade so I was to pay nothing for the phone but since the website wasn't cooperating, I couldn't complete the purchase. I tried, once again, 3 days ago to upgrade and I noticed the price had gone up. This was the 13th of July. If you click on the main page of the Verizon wireless site you sill see a link that says "weekly ad" which is dated July 12th and runs until the 19th.in that specific ad, the phone is marked as $99. Once you click the phone in the ad the price shown is $149. I spoke with a Verizon rep in an online chat session and was pretty much told the ad was false and asked since it was misleading, if it was, in fact, a one day ad instead of a weekly ad. I was told yes. I spoke with a few over the phone and was told they could not view the ad on their computers so they could not see what I was talking about and was told they could not give me the phone for $99 that I had to pay the price on the site. That is false advertisement. If a company is going to advertise something for a specific price in a weekly circular or online ad, they should sell it for what people see.
