Around March I went to walmart, and purchased a boost mobile phone because I saw their ad on tv about 50 unlimited service, well the truth is, when you buy one of these phones they are supposed to come with five dollars worth of free call time, that isnt true, when you activate the phone, it says it has 5 dollars on it, but once you use $2.50 they shut you off.

Since I bought my phone I have had SOO many service outages, lost calls and my text messaging hasnt worked correctly or it would take a day for someone to recieve a message.

I have had nothing but problems with the service, and everytime I call (which has been quite a bit) all they can say is well we can issue a $5 credit on your account for calling in the outage, and for your inconvenience.

And the phones they sell are junk, boost offers no warranty of anykind, so if your phone messes up dont call them about it cause they wont do anything. Now motorola does have a 1 year warranty on the phones but to get a new phone you have to send your phone and pay the shipping and then it takes them a month or more to get you a new one, they will not ship you a new phone first. And boost will not give you any credit for the lost service you have when your phone is gone.
