Deceiveing and falsely advertised new marchandise

I bid on some new cell phones wich were advertised to have features that did not exist on the phones.
I thought this outfit was trusty and reliable but ones I contacted them to report the grossly missrepresentation of this new merchandise they won't replace with right one or refund the money.
This is a situation on going for two months now and they still bit around the bushes trying to find a loophole to not make right.

Ps. As this daythey are still selling the same phone I bought falsely advertised.
