Faucet fraud

The Liquidation Team is the name of a store that is located near my home. It sells items that are advertised as closeouts. I shopped there recently for a faucet for my kitchen. I was shown a verity of faucets and narrowed it down to two of them. I was referred to an eBay item number 260531331096 for a detailed written description of the item.in the description in clearly states "guaranteed to arrive in good working condition". However when installed it had 2 major leaks. The very next day I notified the Liquidation Team of the leaky faucet, only to be told that there were no refunds or exchanges. When I explained the what was advertised on eBay.com I was basically told, "tough". Please help! What the Liquidation Team has done is wrong.
