My tracfone ran out of service days and was deactivated so i signed on to tracfone web site and purchesed 30 minute airtime on 6/6/12
my debit card account was charged $11.63 and as of 6/13 i have not gotten my airtime or a refund
i have talked to 4 different tracfone people at their costomer service 2 different times and got nowhere with them
all i want is a refund or the airtime
