Lied to about digital camera not being a "gray market" item

I requested a Canon Powershop G10 camera from Lorimer Technology and particularly as them when the camera was a complete-fledged device available in america. I was assured that it had been. After I got the camera, it wasn't within the kind of presentation that it must have been but a container having a label that had the produce and type of camera published onto it. After I popped the container, the guides were inexpensive copies of those that must have been included and there is no guarantee card involved. I sent Lorimer Technology back requesting them to deliver the guarantee card and also the guides which were said to be incorporated. I acquired a contact back stating they'd be sent. It's been over per week and that I've notice nothing. I sent them again with no reaction up to now. I believe the corporation is just a couple of fraud artists and never to become respected. DON'T BUY FROM LORIMER TECHNOLOGY! They're not really a trustworthy company.
