Bad printers

I bought a kodak printer and then bought one with wifi well they one is a year old and the other 2 years old. They both are broke I called and talked to someone 5 times they want me to buy a printer head for one they won't let you print even it there is ink left they will let you print a test page to see if it is running alright but you can't run anything for your self. The ink blew up in one printer and I always use ther brand of ink. I had a hp for years and ink was alot of money but last alot longer then kodak and also you can print as long as you want.instead of it telling you to change ink. They are suck cheap models and I am out alot of money they do not stand behind there product. And some one from India helps you if you can understand them I live in the usa nothing against other countries but I do not understand them.
