Had a refrigirator that needed a defrost device fix about the fridge. Was under manufacturer warranty. A and E tecnician found restore on the Friday.installed new component. He informed us he was in a rush which the system must begin cooling in about 15 minitues of course if it didnt contact the 800-number and they'll return. After fifteen minutes not just did the fridge not awesome, however the refrigirator turn off. Named the 800-number and was informed somebody could be out to accomplish the fix on Friday. Mon arrived and went without any technican. Named the 800-number and was informed they'd not return since the fix was total. After I told them that not just did they not finish the fix however they smashed the system worse, I had been informed that they are doing is place in the components, they dont garauntee the part-they place in works

I would like to repeat that... All-they do is place in the component, they don't gaurantee the things they do works.
