Spun.com quoted me one amount of credit, and when they received my items, paid me HALF of what they promised

I traded in some IRON MAN blu rays, and they said I sent them the 1 disk version, even though there is only a 2 disk version of IRON MAN. They do NOT give out a customer support number, and I have no one to call. Their customer service is not helping, and I need to know corporate and/or what authorities to contact.

So in conclustion, they quoted me one amount of credit, and when they received my items, paid me HALF of what they promised.
