BAD REAL BAD - SHARPERTEK® Stamina XP™ Series

We ordered a ultrasonic cleaner - Stamina XP Pro Series 2 Liter http://www.jewelsmall.com/heuljecl.html

Got the order, shipper did not include the Free cleaner, and the item was not what was advertised. We paid for the 40,000 Hz model, what we got was the cheaper 40,000 Hz model. We called customer service (WHAT A JOKE SHE WAS) we then called technical support (WHAT A JOKE HE WAS). Both persons hung up on us while we where asking questions, They are scamming people and are not on the up and up. The item sent looks like it has been refurbished and wiped off by hand. They do not send a warranty card/sheet with your purchase. Now we have this machine and no way of contacting this people to have it returned. (will not answer our calls)... Stay away from these forien people - they are not us citizens.
