Surround Sound Bill Sent to Wrong Address, Repeated Late Fees

I bought a $1000 surround sound system through a warehouse and got it financed through Citifinancial. The first 8 months of payments were fine. Then all of a sudden they started sending my bill to the wrong address. I got a late fee notice one month later, so I called and told them to correct my address. They waived the late fee. The following month I never received my bill again. I called them and told them it was still being sent to the wrong address. The lady told me she would waive the late fee again.

The next month came along and guess what? No bill again. They started calling me, saying I owed the balance plus 2 late fees. I told them last month's late fee was supposed to have been waived. They had no record of that on file, so they wouldn't waive it. I finally paid off the whole balance since they couldn't get their act together. I realized I owed the money, but when they suddenly send my bills to the wrong address, won't correct it, and then hit me up for late charges each time, I think that's total nonsense.
