Poor customer service

This is actually the lowest justification to get a mobile phone company actually. Their support sucks. Their customer support is just a laugh. Why are all of them from ASIA? Why may not one of them talk English? Actually within the Cricket shops, they're all international. And here's my greatest bitch together-why do they take CASH-ONLY??? Is it since if they're suddenly deported they are able to consider their money together??? I'm eliminating all 4 of my outlines and likely to A GENUINE mobile phone business. Do yourself a benefit, REMAIN AS FAR FROM CRICKET WHILE YOU CAN. They suck.
