The Danville Ntelos Store sucks your employees suck I can't return a memory card because it has been opened but no one told me that the guy told me i could bring it back before 30 days was up and now I can't return it because it was opened and I don't think that's right awnd another thing i can't activate my phone because it's in someones else's name but I'm the one who pays the bill and I don't think that's right either so ya'll need to do much better or you will be losing a lot of business
