Scratched my dryer when bringing in the water heate

I'd an urgent situation when my hot water heater began dripping and that I visited Sears and purchashed a brand new hot water heater that I had been designed to have mounted whilst the first phone of your day per the saleperson. They did not come until 3 pm about the evening of installation. I told them to become excessively cautious when getting the hot water heater into my cellar since the machine and dryer were near to the doorway and that I did not need them to stratch each one of these. They shifted all of the furniture and mounted the hot water heater but scratched the cover of my completely new front-loader dryer that I settled over a for. I've created 8 telephone calls for them and also the insurance insurer was designed to emerge and access the harm but never did. And so I possess a good damage in my own cover. DO NOT ACTUALLY BUY FROM SEARS, they arrived not in virtually any type of outfits like they display within the image but children fresh-out of college with a myriad of piercings.
