Do not purchase products from this company!

I have spent over 10K with this company and have had similar problems. It has been almost 2 years since I purchased the system, I have had to mail it back to them three times and completely replace it at my own expense once. The problem is once you invest in the original system they have you, you have no choice but to spend more money to keep it running. The last time they fixed my computer they would not even send me the broken parts so that I could get my insurance company to cover the cost, 2 video cards $950 and $300 to stick them into the computer. The guy in tech support said we send them out for warrantee So they get new cards from the manufacturer for free and charge me for two new ones that is just WRONG.

The unfortunate part is I was telling friends and colleagues at the beginning how much I liked this video system. I received an email from the company that my system was repaired and shipped on 5/5, it never came to me so I called them ten days later, they said It has not been shipped you have to pay us $1300 first.in the mean time a check book was stolen from my office and I have no surveillance of the event. I called the owner of the company about this Jack Cabasso, he never called me back. I guess that is the worst part of all. Me and my business are nothing to him.

I sent a long email to the salesman Marvin about my problems. Guess what his response was I wish I could help you enough said.
