Not returning my Vaccum

Inside the 3 business-day (5/13/09) I shipped the termination notice. On 5/20/09 4:40 pm salesman named and desired to get the KIRBY, he arrived around but didn't have my Dirt Devil to come back to me. I told him to create my Dirt Devil back tomorrow and that I might finish the trade. He attempted to inform me he'd return my machine tomorrow I told him no again simply provide mine back. On 5/21/09 @ 9:12pm he named and explained he'd mine and he'd be by in 20 minute. At 9:50 pm he included a Float machine, not my Dirt Devil. Again, I told him to create OUR DIRT DEVIL BACK and we are able to finish the return. All he might declare somebody place the Float within this vehicle and he'd to consider the Kirby. I'd to become firm with him and inform him again PROVIDE MY DIRT DEVIL BACK AND MY DEPOSIT OF $59.40 AND ALSO THE RETURN WILL BE TOTAL.
