Electronics and household app.
1) I sent in three phones, all working when they went in the mail.
2) Eventually, I get an email that no check is forthcoming, no reason is given.
3) I contact customer service, an Oliver West responds saying that the ESN, on, you guessed it the most expensive phone is locked.
4) I call Sprint, get phone unlocked.
5) I get an email which states "all your phones are cleared for payment" before Thanksgiving.
6) A month later, I inquire and am told there was a delay due to the holidays.
7) I get a check for the two cheap phones.
8) I send a WTF email to "Oliver West".
9) He claims the one smartphone "did not pass technical". This is contradictory to his email from a few months ago.
10) He then states that the terms of service allow for this, I contend that he is a liar and a thief and should honor what he said months ago in his email.
11) I wish I had checked the Florida BBB, which rates them an F and "not recommended. Please look that up if you have any doubts.
Normally I would not complain but this was just theft, plain and simple. For whatever reason they decided they didn't want to pay.
Avoid them, my next cell phone will be donated to a charity. Lesson learned.
