Broke consumer law unhelpful keyboard audio

So after deciding to get a Moog Little Phatty synthesizer I found a retailer in Chicago offering an exhibition Stage 2 for $899. I emailed them to see if anything was wrong with, they said it was in mint condition, no scratches or dents and working perfectly. I finally set enough money aside 2 days ago and ordered it online. They emailed confirmation and charged my card $928. They called the next day and said "someone beat me to it" and they no longer had the exhibition model and said I would have to pay an extra $137 to get one sent to me.

I did some searching on consumer law and found that in Illinois if they advertise a product at a specific price they HAVE to sell it at the price listed, exceptions to this include:

1) Stating they only have a limited quantity at the listed price (expert audio center did not)

2) Conditions beyond the sellers control interrupted the supply of the product (they had sold the unit but still had it listed and still MANAGED TO CHARGE MY CARD $928)

Based on what I found I called the manager. He said "I don't know what law your talking about" and wouldn't let me speak, anytime I uttered a word he said "I'm refunding you, I'm just refunding you."

4 hours later and I still haven't been refunded. I want my Moog ASAP and need MY money to purchase it else where. I wouldn't recommend this retailer to anyone. Yes, they would lose some money for selling it at the price listed but THEY violated my rights as a consumer and basically don't care.

They made the mistake of not listing limited quantities of the product AND not removing it from their website once sold out.
