Misleading Sales Practices/Charges for Customer Service

I bought a sim-card from Call-In Europe in front of you visit to Italy. I placed the sim-card and was handed directions to contact several to create-up the voice-mail prompt. After being disconnected many times, and needing to call-back, I had been ultimately ready to obtain the voice-mail triggered. As a whole, I sustained "16 units" of airtime, based on the bill I obtained from their store, that the minutes are grossly inflated.

The problem is the fact that I'm being billed over $70 for these preliminary moments to create-up the voice-mail! I adopted the directions which were delivered to me, however the computer requests place me in a cycle, and triggered me to remove many times. Additionally, I had been being billed for texts the readers never obtained, and calls to people who were never created!!! Could you state, FRAUD!
