Keep getting $9.99 charges on my verizon bill for something i never ordered and cannot get rid of Internet

This charge started showing up a few months ago. It was on mine a couple of times, then my sons, now just mine again. I have no idea what it is. My phone company tells me its a cheat code text. I am 52 years old, I dont suscribe to game cheats. I dont know why my phone company cant get this cancelled, I pay enough each month. I have everything blocked on my phone, this should not be coming thru.
