Deliberate Fraud on Defective Product

I have surfed the web and what occurred in my experience appears to be typical with this particular organization. I purchased a battery. They offered me a demonstration with restricted energy plus they have declined to return my cash after I sent it back. They do not react to telephone calls or e-mails since October. Provided the amount of people itis occurred to, I believe itis planned fraud.
