Billed for prepaid account I never opened

The other day, AT&T called me to inform me that I have a bill for a prepaid account (yes, a BILL for prepaid!!!) that I did not sign up for. I told them that I never have been one of their prepaid subscribers. (Of course they didn't listen). So, I asked them how to resolve it. They told me that I had to pay the full balance of 125.67 to resolve an account that I did not sign up for. Well, needless to say, they're not getting their money. I refuse to pay for someone else's stupidity.
