How long are we going to allow these bandits to operate? I am not able to access my PREPAID account

I am unable to call in or out on my PREPAID-

My PREPAID-
They have my money, but I'm not allowed to use their services.
The service I have already PAID to use.
I've written every U.S. Senator, but I guess no one cares that this company
rips everyone off on a daily basis.
