Prepaid phone card rip off!

Will I ever learn? I bought a $100.00 prepaid phonecard
from ultra wireless of Yuba, CA, I used funds from my
home equity loan that financialrealty.net help me with.
Well when I got home the prepaid phonecard was only
funded with $25.00! I called Ultra Wireless and they
referred me to the Global Wireless company that produces
the phonecard. I told them I just wanted a refund but
they refused! What the hell!??! Don't ever shop
at Ultra Wireless of Yuba, California if you don't
want to get RIPPED OFF like I did.
