Credit card charged, no fan

I requested a ceiling fan in July & taken care of it with charge card, that was charged right after. After a few months had passed and repetitive promises from the organization that "it had been anticipated within the factory briefly", I ended the order and was handed a termination quantity by Fanworks and stated that my charge card could be acknowledged using the quantity of the purchase. It has not occurred despite repeated calls towards the organization. I submitted a of scam using the Client Info & Issues Department of the Attorneygeneral's Workplace for that state-of Illinois last year, but wasn't provided much possibility of recovering my income. If the corporation continues to be running a business, I would recommend that you simply prevent it-like the trouble.
