Advertised Sony Camera Not in Stock and No Rain Check Given

In the Sunday ad. About a month ago they had a camera Sony DSC-W150 not listed as while supplies last or clearance item, just on sale. I went into the store and asked for this camera they had none in stock, no other stores had this item except the display (beat up mind you) they would not give a rain check nor would they set me up with one with like specs for the same price. All they would do is give me an upgraded one for about 80$ extra. The Mgr was like she had to bend over for it. As far as I know this is a bait and switch, also as far as I know they needed to have this camera in stock or have one of like to replace this one.

Any ideas, oh by the way I bought this same camera at Office Max for the same price with no problems the next day. I also want to say that I used to work for Best Buy for about seven years. I have shopped at Best Buy for as long as I can remember and now have a tuff time to even walk in the door. I also have had one other problem with there service, but that will be in a different report.
