Heavydiscount, sells used items as new, possibly sells stolen goods

Ordered several items from Directfromwarehouse.com only to learn upon reciept that the items were not as pictured. The items were not even close to the pictures. The items were used and either broken and worn out (USED). I looked up the owner of Directfromwarehouse.com to contact him and it come back to a Aijaz Ahmed in Coral Springs Fl. I then proceeded to look into it further only to learn that he operates under several names on the internet. Saaria.com or Saaria. He also operates under the ebay store name, HeavyDiscount.

I contacted Aijaz Ahmed and tried to ask what was going on with my order only to get the run around with a bunch of people that seem to have a middle eastern origin accent. I told Aijaz Ahmed that selling used items as new is fraud according to the FTC and that I was going to the police. He made it clear that he had little respect for the law.

Below is what I know about Aijaz Ahmed. I got ripped off and from what I have learned, I am not alone. You may want to remember this so you can be informed when your shopping on the internet to avoid this internet scammer.

Aijaz claims that he owns a big warehouse and that all his items comes directly from him, however, his address goes back to a residential neigborhood in Coral Springs Florida. He also may own a business in the Industrial Park in Coral Springs. We have been in touch with the Coral Springs police department and they have been more than helpful dealing with this person. If you have had any problem with this person, I would strongly recommend going to them for assistance. You can rest assured that they will do everything in their power to resolve any problems you have.
