I've been struck with reactivation costs before by shock since cost wasn't obtained once they instantly switch off our support unseen. Cricket has got the unpleasant behavior of switching off clients telephone without instant notice, then getting a 15.00 charge per month later for switching it back on, once the client is ignorant that there support was stopped within the first place.
Me and my partner have experienced this issue with Cricket and we're tired of it! Cricket also analyzes additional costs for spending in a shop or kiosks (3.00 benefit fee 3.00 support charge). These costs are deceptive to clients being that they are well-hidden and billed when many susceptible to customers.
Talking About that customer support is TERRIBLE aswell.
