I'd purchased a Machine from Sears also it broke. After I got it in for repairs they stated they no further create that machine and that I may update to some newer design. I questioned about guarantee and that I was informed it'd move to my fresh model. (I bought a long waranty) Our new machine ceased operating so when I introduced it set for fix they stated my waranty was terminated. And so I paid $93.00 to repair it. A couple of months later I received a choice to increase my waranty for my Machine. And so I named sears plus they simply forgot to move my warranty over. Okay no damage done right? And so I chose to request a return. I've my reciept and all my paper-work. I've named EVERYBODY! No-one can assist me its nearly impossable to obtain a return. I've been focusing on this to get a coulpe of months, I simply keep getting transferred and also the run-around. All I'd like is my cash back
