Are crooks they took money out of my bank acc. For receivers i had already returned since jan 09 they owe me $117.70 today i called them and now they say i owe for a pay per view that i never ordered back in july08

Direct tv are crooks. They took $117.70 out of my bank acc. For receivers[2]that i returned in dec. 08 to date i still have not received my money back it is 3-11-09.
They sent me a statement on 3-10-09 stating i now owe them 49.95 for a pay per view i never ordered in 7-26-08. My 117.70 refund is now 67.75. What a way to extort money from us. Not once did we ever order not even one pay per view nor have i ever received my money back. BEWARE they can ripp you off and take money from you bank and never return it.

I have made to date over 20 phone calls and this last one today i was treated very rudely and called a liar about the ppv. Charge as well. Companies that can take your money from you bank acc. Should be STOPPED and prosicuted extortion is a crime and they are still doing it to all of its customers. I am also writing to the BETTER business bureau of atlanta ga. And my congressman as well this must stop.
