Predicto.com placed a $9.99 charge on my cell phone bill & and I never once had any contact with them. They just pulled my cell number out of thin air and tacked $9.99 on to my bill.
I called them and they promised to reverse the charge but we will see what happens.
Watch out for these scammers!!!
