Found strange charges on July's AT&T bill not subscribed too. Contacted ph# listed to question charges & the service wasn't authorized

Observed some unusual and extra costs on our AT&t-bill for month of September which my spouse and that I don't have any understanding checking to.

Approached the organization producing the costs (Solo Communications) plus they stated we registered for Web providers for fax, voicemail other things, which we can not remember.

That Is unusual since I have possess a private fax device put up on separate AT&T phone-line and get a separate statement for this. Another issue may be the house and cell phones are outlined in my own wifes maiden title and he or she doesn't move near a PC to obtain on the web.

Our E-Maile tackle was utilized combined with the house telephone number so it's really perplexing. Visited Solo internet view and was not able to enter their payment methods to determine exactly what the costs were for. Ostensibly got the web page run-around.
