SIGG Water Bottle
Worst customer service ever!

I requested a SIGG water-bottle in early May of the year. Once the center of May came and that I hadn't yet obtained my product, I started calling their "customer support." I quit several, many communications on the voicemail to no impact. I delivered several, many emails that received no reaction.

This continued for months. No body approached me, no body recommended me if there is any trouble with my order, no body returned my purchase.

Within the last week of September, I obtained a contact informing me my item was *finally* being delivered and that I might have it quickly. I've now gotten another mail informing me that they're "not able to match the purchase." It appears tome when they CAn't satisfy an order, they ought to determine that out in a smaller time period than four weeks. Additionally, it appears to me that it's incorrect to send a contact that my product is likely to be in my own mail quickly, then determine it isnot within the article in the end.

Essentially, I've settled attention on my charge card to get a purchase that'll not be delivered to me. SIGG US has cost me money. I'd to pay for them for low-existant customer support, no help on the finish at-all, and also to not need them I paid-for in good faith.

Like A side note, SIGG bottles are evidently not all-they are damaged up-to be based on my three buddies who've them. The covers often flow out, indicating the containers can not be crammed in a carrier but should be transported upright. Additionally they are usually damaged effortlessly, and also the styles wash-off.

There's no cause to complete business with this type of sluggish, disrespectful, disorganized organization when you will find others available who create exceptional goods who really meet requests.
