I bought a DVD player online, and they sent me this one that had been damaged, and it didn't work. Unfortunately, i didn't open the package for weeks, and when i did, i called and they said they had a 15 day return policy, but i wasn't aware of the policy when i purchased it. They refused to refund my money.
