Logitech Quickcam Pro 9000 was purchased through Amazon and we saved refund form from same site. Logitech's refund outsourcer wont recognize. The machine, with extended telephone retains at each coating, is actually made to decrease discounts. Two others I understand purchased same item, were refused discounts but were guaranteed them after complaining. They'venot obtained anything however. This smacks of the fraud and that I intend to inform FTC.
