He delivered me item which was not certified to worldwide or national guidelines, and based on the national signal of rules, by delivery me the product he's in breach of national regulation. These products are 3 boilers stated in China which are just functional in Europe and never within the Usa. He's declined to provide me a reimbursement, declaring that's is not illegitimate to market something in america and that I ought to know better. I've attempted to solve this problem with him, but he's chosen to inform me where you can proceed.
