They don't stand behind their products

I purchased two lcd flat panel tv's ($700 ea.) both died in 15 mos, of the same problem. I contacted the store mgr. And he blew me off, so i found the owner on sunbiz.org, and sent him a letter explaining my situtation. I even said i was not expecting a new tv just maybe some type of discount on a new purchase.

I have never heard from them at all. I have never spent another dime at any of their stores. If you have to pay a little more elsewhere, do it.
