I ordered a flat screen T.V. From Projectorexport.com in October. The salesperson told me he did not have the model advertising on their site. (It's Not New, it's always the trick. He told me every site does that). I agreed to upgrade, which I went over the budget. After experiencing difficulty contacting the saleperson (s) about when I could expect my T.V., they started to give me the run around while they already charged to my Discover Card. Refused to give me tracking number, and the name of the shipping company. My instinct told me that Projectorexport.com was a fraud. Too late for me. They got my credit card and was already authorized. Can you imagine my anxiety and anger?

I called many times before anyone picked up the phone. It seemed that there is only one or two persons Scaming there. They put me on hold for 30-40 minutes at time on many occasions. I persisted. Then I told them I wanted to cancel my order. That was when the same salesman went crazy on me. The salesman (staff? Brother? Scamer? A Jerk?) used language laced with profanity toward me as if trying to discourage me from cancelling the order. I was not intimadated or fell into his mind game, plus, for I have already survived 20 years of civil wars in Southeast Asia. Finally, he said the product was on its way to my home. He said he has to call them back, and he would charged me $200.00 for the shipping. I said you prove it to me that you shipped my T.V. Asked him to give me the tracking number and the name of the shipping company. He provided none.By this time I knew their Scam. I told him to stop Scaming people. I said, "I'll let my Discover Card deal with you guys." Then the guy said, "I'll black list you from buying anything on the internet sites again."
Finally, my Discover Card got all the money back on January 26. ProjectorExport said it would charge me $200.00 for shipping but it did not. Do you know why not? Because ProjectorExport.com did not have the T.V. Set they sold to me. They never process my order; never shipped my order; but they charged my credit card. Charging my to my credit card was the only fast act they took during the whole transaction.
Stay Away From ProjectorExport.com For Your Own Good. Stick to popular internet sites with good reputations.
