Repairclaim.com fake extended warranty

I purchased $1000 camera with 5-years extended warranty supplied by repair tech inc.
With camera defect I opened the claim with them in November. They gave me a claim # and asked to fax documents, promising that somebody will contact me in few days.
In January I tried to call them on claim update, but the toll free number was disconnected and I was getting very strange message on pay number.
I send them email and several days later they responded with a story that they had a fire in previous location and I have to open new claim with their new website RepairClaim.com.
10 days after filling new application they emailed me with new claim number and request that I send them $1000 camera with $45 check for return shipping to their location at
