We had our payments for survice deducted from our bank checking account. We discontinued service on or about Jan. 7th they came and picked up their box, but not the antenna [its still on our roof]. After numerus calls to them to stop deducting their payments, they still were deducting their payments. After another long session of calls, we have been reimbursed

Three payments of $50.99 they refuse to return the other payments due us. This consist of #325.21.
