Collection Notice Sent Ten Days After Final Bill Was Paid

After cancelling "service" with these brain surgeons, they started sending me threatening notices of cancellation. I called and told them I had already cancelled the service due to their incompetence but they persisted in sending the notices. They also stated in their contract that they would charge my credit card on file the final charges.

They didn't charge the card anything but sent me bills instead. I waited for them to charge my card after sending their equipment back and they turned a 73.08 bill over to a collection agency 10 days after I had paid it. These people don't have a clue. Their service is terrible and their service people in the field are rude. I'm glad to be clear of them finally.
