Beware of broken promises, lies, rude customer service

Bought a 74" hidef TV on Black Fri. Was first in line to purchase was told they didn't even have one in the store. To get the sale price we had to pay for it that day & they would deliver it on following Mon. Mon. Came no TV. Tues. Came no TV. We said we would pick it up ourselves in Indianapolis. Had the TV working for 10 days. We called for repair.

No one could come to fix it until Jan. 7. Went through Christmas, New years with no TV. Jan. 7th arrived. No repairman showed up. We called HH Gregg. They said it was a bulb. They would send one & it would arrive in 2 days. No bulb ever arrived. We called again. They said they tried to call us no one answered. We have caller ID. No call was ever made. A new date to have a repairman fix our TV is scheduled for next Tues. Jan. 13.

The customer service has been rude, lies, & I believe they are stalling so that they wont have to be responsible for this junk TV they were eager to sell.
