I cannot believe that such a good company6 such as RCA would do their customers like this i paid 250 dollars for a DVD VCR recorder it broke got a replacement than that one broke and after having for a month they said they warranty on the replacement was only warrantied 30 days??? The original was 1 year??? Bogus and shameful product. Why oh Why do companies sell stuff the3y know is going to break in 4 months or just last long enough so they don't have to replace it? And another thing why did it cost me half a day of my time trying to talk to a person from India?
