Jennair undercounter ice machine
HHGregg refuse to give refund

Electronics and household app.

I bought a Jennair ice-machine from HHGreg on 1/3. I got it house, and waited 48-hours to connect it-up, as recommended. After I blocked it in, there is no energy within the device (no-light, or did the compressor engine work). I quit it blocked in most evening, but nothing happened. I purchased in the shop floor, also it did not have any paper-work, or was it in a container. I got it back again to the shop where I bought it on 1/6, and they refused to return my money stateing that it was a special order, and that their policy said that they couldn't come back cash for unique purchases. When I have allready mentioned, I purchased off the shop floor. They agreed to contain it maintained, but would not provide me my cash back. I told them that I had been informed that it had been fresh, and did not purchase a fixed device, which I needed a return. They declined once more, and that I quit the shop with no device. They are in possession of the macine, and my income. I've approached the charge card organization that I employed for the purchase, plus they have stuffed a complaint against HHGregg. Why was I handled in this way? I'll never do business with this particular shop again, and certainly will delay anybody I understand to not purchase there either~
