I'm mildly satisified with Run except as it pertains to payment problems and maintaining their term on savings, costs, and involved strategy details.

After I registered nearly three years before, the program was to incorporate free long-distance with no roaming costs.inside the first-year I had been billed running. They described that it had been since my support wasn't in a Run region also it was long-distance. If it had been nearby no running could be billed.

This a year ago I've been billed running but Run did credit my acct. And explained they included free long-distance and running to my acct. It was spoken, about the telephone. I've yet to determine through my online acct. That running is contained in my strategy, however it has often stated long-distance.

After I restored my agreement last spring, I had been provided whether $75 reduction on next statement or 10% disk. For your next couple of years. I plumped for the 10%.in july I'd to combat to obtain my discount. They'd no records within their program declaring it. They fixed it and that I rec. It till this last month.
