Doesn't want to fulfill merchandise after you pay for it online

I purchased the Magellan Roadmate 1412 in good faith on 11/27 for $149.99 for a Christmas gift. After the 20 22 day waiting period, the confirmation email that my item was ready for pickup had not been sent. I called the store as well as contacted customer service numerous times and was given the same response that the item was not available, however the item was available for purchase on the website, and it was being offered for 249.99. It seems really obvious to me that Sears does not want to fulfill the order due to the selling price. Additionally, I now see on the website that Sears has changed their policy with a disclaimer that they do not guarantee availability or the pricing. It really does not seem acceptable that I get a refund of my money after waiting more than 30 days for my product.

They had the nerve to tell me to reorder it online again. I won't be shopping there anymore, and I will tell all my friends not to shop there either. With the challenges in the retail environment this year, I think this sort of customer service is not going to help them survive.
