Cricket offered a $20.00 rebate to me when I purchased the phone however after repeated attempts to CSR's no one can tell me where to find the rebate form to fill out. Totall scam. If this has happened to you call the CEO of Cricket - Doug Hutcheson at 858-882-6000 and complain.
